Hershey Symphony
Yet another bar not available in Canada. Hershey's Symphony contains the famous milk chocolate with bits of almond and toffee. The bar is thicker than their Cookies n Creme bar, and wrapped in gold-paper with an outer paper label, like the old KitKat.
Many Hershey bars from the States leave something to be desired, but this one isn't bad.. you can even say it's good! Although not super-smooth, the chocolate is tastey. The finely chopped pieces of almonds is spreadout thoroughly. There must have been toffee bits inside, because it says so on the label. But I couldn't find any! Could be they were so alike the almond bits that I missed them.

As an Italian use to eating Italian and premium quality chocolate (we're too snotty to ever think of buying anything but the most expensive brands us Europeans, you know) I found this bar to be quite comparable to it's more expensive European counterparts (which honestly, for a local, weren't so expensive since they weren't being imported). I don't usually buy Hershey's chocolate and find the odd grainy texture to be off putting but this bar has certainly contributed to improving the quality of Hershey's chocolate line. I wouldn't pick it over a good Ferrero, Kinder, or any swiss or gourmet Italian chocolate (not the crap they import) but it is very good for the cheap price. I wouldn't spend the extra for Lindtt when I can buy a bar of this stuff.
